So I just wanted to put a note here, our next big trip we are planning will be an Amazon River cruise. The cruise embarks from the city of Manaús, Brazil and then end is Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  We haven’t yet found the hotel in Manaus that will stay in for the first night, but we are pretty sure we’ll take copa airlines into Brazil.  They seem to be the cheapest.  The cruise is December 19-Jan 3.  Yes, that is a full two-week Princess cruise.  Merry Christmas to us!
